To quote the great Derek Zoolander......."Who am I?"

 

I am a true blue Vancouverite. I was born at Women's hospital on Oak St. and have never left......although I have lived in nearly ever suburb of Vancouver at one point in time. This is what gives me a great advantage in the Real Estate world. Knowledge of all areas. Although I currently reside in South Granville and consider Downtown and the Westside to be my areas of expertise, I can easily plop myself anywhere in Greater Vancouver and know exactly where I am, what the neighbourhood is like, where the schools are, home values, and so on.

 

On a more personal note, I am married to my beautiful wife Gina of nearly 4 years, and we have a 3 year old son name Beckam, and a gorgeous baby girl Jovie. I have a passion for travelling that was sparked by having a father from Australia who also loves to travel. I have been to some pretty cool places, but my goal is to see it all. I would love to sail around world one day and spend time with people from different cultures and help out where I possibly can.

 

I am passionate about many things: My family, movies (making and watching), learning, the Canucks, expanding my conciousness, and most of all helping people. I grew up in a household where it was very open door policy, and it wasn't out of the ordinary to spend a weekend helping friends put a new roof on their house. I can't tell you how many clients floors I have helped lay.......you know who you are!!! But I am firm believer that what goes around comes around, and that you can get anything you want in life but only after you give the other person what it is they want.

My work habits are strong and disciplined, and I'm always looking at ways to improve. The level of service I provide for my clients is constantly evolving to ensure that our experience together, be it short or long, is over and above what is expected.

 

As a wise Jerry MaGuire once said, "The secret to this job is personal relationships". Amen to that.
